Yoga and Movement Class with Jackie

Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Cost: $50 per session

Description:
This yoga and movement class combines gentle stretches, balance exercises, and guided breathing techniques to improve physical strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The class includes modified yoga poses to accommodate varying mobility levels, mindfulness exercises to support emotional regulation, and rhythmic movement sequences to encourage coordination and body awareness. Participants will work toward individualized fitness goals while developing skills to manage stress, improve focus, and enhance their overall physical and mental well-being. Creative Expression

Time: NOON - 1 PM
Cost: $50 per session

This creative expression class combines art-based journaling and guided mindfulness practices to encourage emotional exploration and personal growth. Activities include creating visual art pieces such as collages or drawings to accompany written reflections, exploring various writing styles such as poetry and short stories, and engaging in mindfulness exercises like breathing techniques to foster self-awareness. Participants will develop skills in communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, with an emphasis on self-expression and creativity in a safe, inclusive environment. This program ensures accessibility and customization to meet the needs of each participant.

Dance Flow

Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Cost: $50 per session

This dynamic dance class incorporates music, rhythm, and choreographed movements to encourage physical activity, self-expression, and social connection. Participants will learn step-by-step routines tailored to their individual abilities, focusing on improving motor coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. Each session includes a warm-up with stretching, a guided choreography segment with music selection based on participants’ preferences, and a cooldown to promote relaxation. The program fosters confidence, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment while providing opportunities for participants to engage with peers in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
